Major: Exercise Science

2013 (junior): Started in all 27 matches her junior year as a Pioneer. She recorded 245 kills, 10 assists, 27 service aces and 22 blocks. Viridiana was ranked 5^th in digs for the Cal Pac conference with a total of 345 digs. She was also awarded Cal Pac Honors by receiving Second Team All Conference. Had a season high of 17 kills and 19 digs in a 3-2 win against Embry-Riddle on Oct. 27.

Pasadena City College: Gallardo played the last two years at Pasadena City College as an all-around OH (2011-2012). Viridiana accumulated 82 digs and 47 kills (2011) as a reserve freshman outside hitter. Her sophomore year as a starting outside hitter (2012), Gallardo helped bring her team the South Coast Conference Co-Championship with a record of 21-5 finishing the season ranked #7 in the final top 25 poll. Viridiana was named to the 2012 All-SCC Second Team finishing the season with 170 kills (2.2 kills per game), 209 digs and 27 aces.

High School: attended Poly High School in Sun Valley, CA where she received the team MVP award her senior year (2010) and helped the Parrots to an undefeated, 12-0 league record by averaging 3.6 kills per game and totaling 97 digs and 34 aces. She was also named to the All-Los Angeles City Section Squad her senior year (2010).
