Bio

Brita Widmer enters her second year with the women's volleyball program. The sophomore outside hitter hails from just around the corner here in Angwin, CA. Prior to joining the Pioneers women's volleyball program, Widmer attended and graduated from PUC Prep School. While at PUC Prep, Brita played varsity volleyball and basketball for four years. She served as captain of her volleyball team her junior and senior seasons, and was voted "MVP" and "Best Female Athlete" her senior year. Brita is a Business/Pre-Med major at PUC. Brita is the youngest daughter to Myron and Karen Widmer. Her father Myron teaches in the religion department at PUC. She has one older sister and one older brother.
