Jasmine Peete (SO/Riverside, CA) was announced as the California Pacific Conference Player of the Week.

On Monday, February 10th, 2020 the California Pacific Conference announced Player of the Week.

Sophomore Center, Jasmine Peete captured the honor with an outstanding performance against La Sierra Univerisity and the University of Antelope Valley last week.

Earlier this season, Jasmine clinched the top spot in the statistic column for 'Most Points in a Game' with 30 points against California State University, Maritime Academy on January 16th, 2020. Only to secure her position on the leaderboard against La Sierra University on February 8th with 41 points.

Along with the Top Spot for 'Most Points in a Game', Jasmine also ranks within the Top Three for the 'Most Field Goals Made in a Game' and 'Most Double-Doubles in a Season' with four games left. Following the season, Jasmine will likely appear in season total leaderboards as well.

This past week,

Against the University of Antelope Valley on Thursday Night, she laid-up 18 points on 63% shooting from the floor.

Against La Sierra University, Jasmine had a career and record-breaking performance with 41 points and 17 rebounds.

A good rivalry seems to ignite this young pioneers squad, as we recall Freshman Guard, Olivia Crigler (FR/Hebron, KY) also captured Player of the Week against the Southern California Teams.
