Women's Basketball show success from beyond the arc.
ROCKLIN, Calif. – Despite an impressive third quarter, The Pacific Union College Women's Basketball Team (0-5) dropped against the William Jessup University Warriors (4-1).
Olivia Crigler (FR/Hebron, KY) again showed to be an offensive threat to the Warriors Defense with 18 points. Venus Miari Pascua (SO/Daly City, CA) is beginning to flourish as a consistent scorer for the Pioneers with 11 points.
Olivia Crigler and Venus Miari Pascua took a trip to 'Three-Point Land' with more than half of their points attributed to the 'Money Ball'.
Elissa Root (SR/Ventura, CA) continues to spread the wealth with five assists.
Before Thanksgiving Break, the Pioneers will travel to Southern California for back-to-back-to-back games against University of La Verne (November 22nd at 2:00 PM), Life Pacific University (November 23rd at 7:00 PM) and Westcliff University (November 24th at 1:00 PM).
