Bio
2017 (sophomore):
Morgan appeared in all 19 matches during her sophomore year as a Pioneer. She tallied 180 kills and 183 digs. Against William Jessup, Morgan had a season high of 19 kills on October 24, 2017 and a 16 digs against Providence Christian on September 15, 2017.
2016 (freshman):
Appeared in all 24 games during her freshman season as a Pioneer. Morgan tallied 122 kills, 9 service aces, and 59 digs. She had a season high of 14 kills and 11 digs against UC Santa cruz on September 7, 2016.
High School:
Morgan Spencer was a three year varsity volleyball player for Iolani High School of Oahu (HI). She helped her team capture the Interscholastic League of Honolulu Championship and was runner up finish in Hawaii State Volleyball Championship in 2015. As an outside/opposite, Morgan was named a team captain her senior year.
Spencer is entering her ninth year playing club volleyball and her third year playing for Kuikahi Volleyball Club. Other elite clubs she has played for include Jammers Volleyball Club, Team Piko and Spike and Serve. She was selected twice to play for the Aloha Region High Performance Team and the USVA A2 camps.
Off the court, Spencer spends her time bodysurfing, hiking, and indulging herself in photography. She is also a President's Scholarship recipient and while attending PUC, Morgan plans to study Business-Finance. She currently resides in Kailua, Oahu with her parents Sean and Melissa Spencer.
Coach Brown states, "Morgan will be a huge addition to our roster. She is a six rotation player that can execute all four skills well. Most importantly, Morgan is a top notch student and will be a great addition to PUC in the classroom and off the court."
